Chicken Fritters

Ingredients

2 white boneless chicken breast halves
3 tablespoons  honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1-1 1/2 cup pancake batter
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Put your tablespoon of butter in a skillet until skillet is coated.

Zesty Chicken Nacho Bake

Ingredients:
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup  chunky salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup  crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded Mexican Style four-cheese blend
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Classic Southern Fried Chicken

Ingredients -

1 3/4 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 Frying Chicken (2 1/2 lb. to 3 lb.) cut up
1/3 cup Crisco

Preparation:

In paper or plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper.
