Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients
¼ cup butter
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 tbsp brandy
8 oz cherry tomatoes
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
Freshly ground pepper
Dried rosemary, crushed
