Ingredients:
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1-1/2 cups Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 large egg
1/4 cup olive oil
1 jar duck sauce
2 Tbsp. sweet red Thai chili sauce (optional)
