Strawberry Chicken Salad

  • 5 cups Spring mix salad greens
  • 2 cups cubed chicken
  • 1 1/4 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 2 medium Kiwi fruit peeled & chopped
  • 1 large  Apple chopped
  • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Poppy seed salad dressing

 

Preparation

in a large bowl, combine the first six ingredents. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediatly.
